When someone asks, the avatar searches your information, retrieves what is relevant and responds with updated data, citing the source when appropriate, and with permissions by role so that each user can access only what corresponds to them.
We reuse the same knowledge engine from our AI service, on secure architectures (including privatized Azure). We keep knowledge up to date and continuously improve responses from actual usage.
