Grupo OT needed to control the activity of teams distributed among numerous points of sale, coordinating visits, tasks, incidents, objectives and compliance levels within its outsourced services.
The information came from different teams, establishments and processes, making it difficult to obtain a global and updated view of the operation. It was necessary to consolidate the data to know the performance by area, point of sale, campaign or professional.
Added to this complexity was the management of thousands of technological products. The platform had to compare models, features, availability and prices between different manufacturers and channels, detecting relevant changes and possible risks for commercial positioning.
The challenge was to integrate all this operations into a web solution capable of transforming dispersed data into visual, reliable and useful information to improve management and support decision-making for manufacturers and business managers.
