Turn field activity into actionable insights for manufacturers and brands
Technology manufacturers needed to know how their products were positioned within department stores, shopping centers, MediaMarkt and other specialized retailers.
The information was collected at the point of sale by GPV managers, who visited physical stores to check presence, prices, location, promotions, competition and real condition of the products.
The challenge was to digitize this entire process so that data collection was fast, orderly and reliable, avoiding spreadsheets, manual reports and loss of information.
In addition, it was necessary to connect the information collected in store with an existing main product database, allowing the GPVs to select correct references and add real data from the point of sale.
