Create a flexible gym adapted to each user
The traditional gym model usually requires monthly fees, even when the user cannot go regularly. The challenge was to develop a platform capable of offering a more flexible alternative: allowing each person to book specific activities and pay only for the classes they actually attend.
The solution had to simultaneously coordinate users, instructors, classes, schedules and rented spaces, avoiding availability conflicts and simplifying all daily operations. It was also essential to offer a very visual and simple experience, both for customers and platform managers.
