Digitaldesk needed solutions that could bring people, data, and tools together in an increasingly digitized business environment.
The challenge was to create automations that were not simple isolated tasks, but intelligent flows capable of connecting databases, applications, internal platforms, external systems and communication channels such as Microsoft Teams.
In addition, it was necessary to incorporate artificial intelligence to assist in processes, answer queries, classify information, execute actions and improve team productivity.
The solution needed to be flexible, scalable, and adaptable to different needs: from SQL queries and data synchronization to virtual agents, dashboards, bots, and control web applications
