Manage a constantly moving academic and administrative operation
The daily activity of a dance school involves coordinating students, teachers, classes, levels, groups, rooms and schedules that change continuously.
Registrations, withdrawals, substitutions, group changes and recoveries had to be updated correctly without losing the history of each student or affecting the general planning.
Added to this complexity was the economic management: personalised rates, vouchers, discounts, recurring instalments, direct debits, bills and non-payments.
The challenge was to bring all this operations together on a single platform that would allow the team to work with up-to-date information, automate repetitive tasks and have a clear view of how the school is operating.
