The activity of a modeling agency requires maintaining a complete and permanently updated database of candidates, with personal information, measurements, experience, availability, photographs, videos and documentation.
When a client requests certain profiles, the team must quickly locate the right candidates from a large volume of information, check their availability and prepare a professional selection.
The process continues with the creation of shortlists, the presentation of candidates to the client, the exchange of evaluations and the continuous updating of the selection until a final decision is reached.
The challenge was to replace dispersed tools and processes with a single platform that would allow the entire journey to be managed, from the initial registration of talent to the confirmation and closing of the booking.
