Digitize B2B sales without disconnecting the new platform from the company's central system
Ondaradio needed to offer customers and distributors an online channel from which to consult the catalogue, find out its availability and place orders with the commercial conditions corresponding to each account.
The main information of the business was already centralized in AS400. Creating an independent ecommerce would have caused differences between prices, stock, customers, orders and invoicing, in addition to increasing the team's manual tasks.
The solution also had to cover the operations of the sales department. Each seller needed to manage their own portfolio, check their customers' activity, prepare promotions, and track opportunities and orders.
The challenge was to develop a modern, easy-to-use platform that would function as a digital extension of the AS400, keeping both environments coordinated and offering differentiated experiences for customers, distributors, retailers and administrators.
