Utopicus- Plataforma de gestión informacional y pantallas multimedia para edificios inteligentes

We developed for Utopicus a tailor-made web platform aimed at managing content, operational information and real-time communication within your buildings. The solution allows you to create centers or buildings, generate unique links for each screen and centrally decide which slides, videos, images and information are displayed in each location. In addition, the system incorporates advanced functionalities for the daily operations of the centre, such as cleaning control, management of technical incidents and the dissemination of relevant information for users and staff.

The challenge

Utopicus needed a centralized solution to manage the information displayed on its digital displays while improving the operational coordination of its buildings.

The challenge was not only to show visual content, but to have a flexible tool capable of:

  • Manage multiple buildings and displays from a single platform.

  • Publish content in real time in a simple way.

  • Generate a unique link per screen or center for direct playback.

  • Integrate internal operational processes related to cleaning, maintenance and incidents.

  • Improve communication between teams, building staff and space users.

The solution

We designed and implemented a custom web application that acts as an informational control center for Utopicus' buildings.

  • Create buildings and associate their screens with them.
  • Centrally manage the content displayed in each centre.
  • Generate a unique link per device or screen to launch the viewer in real time.
  • Update the information displayed without technical intervention at the playback point.
  • Control internal building operations through specific apps and modules.

What the app can do

  • Building and Display Management

    The platform allows you to register different buildings or centres and manage the screens associated with each one independently.

    Users can select and sort slides, videos, images, and dynamic information to define what is displayed on each screen.

  • Unique links per viewer

    Each screen or center has a unique link that is used as the starting point of the viewer, always showing the updated information decided from the platform.

  • Cleaning control

    Functionalities were incorporated so that the staff can indicate which floors, rooms or sections have been cleaned, leaving traceability of the service performed.

    The system allows you to record and communicate technical problems or maintenance needs, facilitating monitoring and internal coordination.

  • Comprehensive Building Information System

    The solution unifies internal communication, digital signage, operational management and content updating in a single tool.
