The challenge

Automate internal tasks and improve business engagement with AI

Visualmax needed to reduce repetitive tasks and facilitate the daily management of its equipment through simple, fast and accessible channels.

The goal was for employees to be able to interact with an intelligent assistant from WhatsApp to perform common actions without accessing multiple tools: clock in, clock out, indicate lunch breaks, report expenses, check events, review upcoming tasks or receive notices of important changes.

In addition, the client needed to improve commercial engagement from the web, incorporating a bot capable of answering queries, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments and automating meetings.

The challenge was to create a useful automation ecosystem, close and connected to the real operations of the business, combining AI, instant communication and internal management.
