Wegalicia Tours LLC needed a tool capable of managing in an orderly way all the operations that occur before, during and after each tour.
The team needed to be able to monitor bookings in real-time, view requests received, view messages that customers sent to the bot, and review the automatic responses generated by the system.
In addition, it was necessary to have an environment to manage META message templates, send automatic reminders before each tour, and keep customers informed of any relevant changes.
Another major challenge was managing operational incidents, such as late customers, delayed guides, location changes, new meeting points, or last-minute adjustments.
The solution needed to provide a clear view of the operation, with interactive maps, configurable alerts, and tools to coordinate bookings, guides, customers, and locations in real-time.
